Moweaqua Golf Course opened in 1993. The course started out as a simple, but challenging, nine hole course. In 2000 the Village of Moweaqua saw the need for an additional nine holes and in 2003 the back nine was opened. Golfers now have an 18 hole layout. The course is kept in great shape by course superintendent Justin Woodrum, and his Team. The original course that opened in 1993 is the current back nine; the layout has stayed the same, but the hole sequence has changed. See the chart below to get an idea of the changes.
Moweaqua Pro Shop offers anything a golfer will need. Our golf shop features a wide selection of golf clubs, balls, accessories and apparel. The golf shop carries a variety of brands, featuring Callaway, Cobra, Mizuno, Ping, Titleist TaylorMade and more. The golf shop also offers professional club fitting. The pro shop is open when the course is open.

Low cost alternative for golf. Well taken care of but not manicured. Almost always room for a tee time. Well stocked club house with fair prices. Food and drink including beer available. They even have some gaming machines. Worth the drive.
This is a decent course that is well managed and a good value. Very well stocked pro shop. There are even a few gaming machines.
Great course – very open so fast play and Brad is the best pro around – also have good selection of equipment.
Very fun course. Challenging enough for an inexperienced golfer such as myself, yet not so challenging that I’ll be losing golf balls all day.
I really enjoy playing this course. A good mix of holes – challenging yet fair. The course has been in great shape each time I’ve played this year.
Large clubhouse with a nice selection of golf equipment. If you’ve never been to Moweaqua Golf Course, you’re missing out!
It’s a great course and Brad and his staff are awesome!!! He has great deals on golf clubs… If you need a new set and he doesn’t have them he will find them for you at a great price… It’s always very pleasant when you walk in there… The tournaments are always a blast!!!
Always a great looking course and a relaxing place to golf.
Awesome course! Best pro in the area! Best stocked pro shop in the area hands down!!
